After our stay in Versailles, Ross and I headed into Paris on Sunday. The first challenge was getting into the train station with our luggage while thousands of Versailles tourists were coming out. We slowly pushed through the crowd and made the train.
We decided we were not up for another day walking around in the rain so we headed for the army museum and Napolean's tomb. The photo above was taken from the Eiffel tower on Monday when it was clear. The museum is huge and had lots of interesting military artifacts. By 5:00 pm, Ross and I both agreed we were exhausted and headed back to the hotel.
Monday morning we were up early so we could see some sights before the Wedding. First stop was the Eiffel tower. Along the way they had this art exhibit with bears. Each county got to have an artist paint one of the bears on display.
After a quick glance at the lines, we decided to walk up to the 2nd level of the Eiffel tower. From there we caught the elevator to the top.

After the Eiffel tower we went on a boat ride on the Seine River. We got to see lots of sites from the water. This bridge is across from the army museum. We ended up walking across it on our way back to the hotel.
The boat had multiple stops we could get off at . However, we only had time for Notre Dame. We walked all the way around.
